Ryley is 3 months at the end of the week! I can't believe it! Here's a little video clip of him "talking" and hanging out in the kitchen while I get dinner ready. He's full of smiles and "chatter" these days! :)

Weekend Fun!
On Friday, Grayson had his Toddler Art class. This week they painted with watercolors. Grayson knew just what to do when they were pulled out since he has been painting a lot at the kitchen table these days with his watercolors. :) He had fun telling me he was painting snakes. Then when he saw Mommy's blue car, he decided to paint one with his snakes too. Of course they all look like circles, but in his mind they're all something unique! It was also a little girls birthday so she brought cupcakes for the kids. Grayson loved his frosting with green sprinkles. He ate the frosting off then was done and back to painting!
We've made some friends here in GA. My friend Katie has a little girl who is 20 months and then a baby boy that is 5 months. Katie brought her kids over Friday after our art class to play and for lunch. Grayson and Gracie had a great time playing up in his playroom and using the new chalkboard up there! :) Gracie, her mommy, and brother are leaving for the next two months to go to Spokane, WA while her Daddy is out in the field with training exercises with the Army. We'll miss playing with them! :( Good thing we have all these visitors coming the next couple weeks!
We've been finding LOTS of animals around our house lately! The other day we saw a turtle right outside Grayson's car door in the grass. Then we spotted lots of lizards along the side of the house. On Saturday, Daddy found a frog in the yard as he was out grilling. Grayson was brave enough to touch it, but didn't want to hold it! He thought it was pretty silly too to watch it jump up the stairs.
Saturday, we had our first official family movie night with popcorn and all! Grayson got into his PJ's and helped me make the popcorn. He hadn't watched it pop out of the air popper before and kept saying it "tickled" when it would pop out of the bowl. :) He kept snitching it too as it landed into the bowl. We watched Happy Feet 2 and he was in heaven sitting on the couch with his HUGE bowl of popcorn! This kid takes after his Grandpa's! He likes his popcorn just as much as they do! Ryley kept eyeing it while in Will's lap probably thinking... "Where's MY popcorn?!"

St. Patty's Day
Happy St. Patrick's Day! Here in Savannah it is a HUGE holiday! So big that they were expecting the parade downtown to be the biggest in the world this year. Bigger than the Macy parade at Christmas! Needless to say, we kept it low key and did NOT venture downtown to see the parade. We didn't want to bring the boys down to the craziness since we would have had to be there by 8:30, not be able to leave till 3, while having crowds of adults drinking beer all along the streets. Instead, Grayson and Daddy made me breakfast in bed (fruit pancakes) and I got to sleep in. Ryley slept through the night for the second time and then fell back to sleep after eating with me in bed for another hour too! :) Then we hung out, went to the pottery shop to paint a present, off toa shop for hanging baskets, and then to the park after nap time. It was a beautiful, sunny day with a small breeze which put us in the mood to BBQ for dinner. While our St. Patty's Day may not be exciting compared to those around this town, we had a nice quiet family day!.Hope everyone had a nice day too! Here are some pictures from our day...

| Grayson's "Boogie Feet" |
If you have not see "Tickle Monster" and you have kids, we highly recommend the book set! It comes with fuzzy gloves to put on to be the Tickle Monster. We've had this book for awhile and while at the home decor store getting hanging baskets, we saw that the author also wrote "Boogie Monster"! We had to get it right then and there! It also came in a set with fuzzy leg warmers/feet to become the Boogie Monster, as well as a cd to dance to the music. Grayson wanted me to wear one leg while he wore the other, then wanted the tickle gloves too. :)

| Climbing the web alone too! Does he need his mommy anymore?! :( |
I've been working on the playroom some more during nap time. Still haven't decided if I'm brave enough to do a tree in the corner with leaves branching onto the ceiling. But flowers, bees, ladybugs, and ants have almost been completed! Tomorrow I'll try to get clouds done during nap time. Then working on maybe some caterpillars, butterflies, and birds. Will wanted to know why the playroom was swarming with bees since he HATES bees. :) They're happy bees though! I also got the alphabet border painted on his chalkboard wall. Grayson even tried out the chalkboard and it works great!
