Poppell Farm Pumpkin Patch

Despite the warm weather and living in Georgia, we were not about to miss out on a pumpkin patch!  Of course we drove an hour to get there and the pumpkins are shipped in from NC... but who cares! :)  We went with my friend Ashley's family and the kids made it a little difficult to fully enjoy the trip.  Addison was out of sorts and cried at almost everything fun we tried to have the kids do, and Grayson wasn't the best at listening... but that could also be those terrible 2's/3's starting to appear!  Through it all, we had a fun time and by the end of the day we managed to get smiles out of Addison! :)

Pirates and fun!

Tybee Island has a Pirates Festival in October so we decided to check it out.  Not sure that we'd go again since it wasn't as big as we expected, but Grayson had a blast since there were to "jumpy things" for him to play on.  It was another hot day here in GA as well so we were ready to get in the air conditioned car after the morning out in the sun!  The other pictures are of Grayson helping me bake a cake and the boys goofing around. :)

Birthdays and Bubbles

Grayson's little friend, Addison turned 2 in September.  Here are some pictures from her party.  :)

The weather has been cooling down and I can once again leave the back door open without making the house a sauna.  Ryley crawled right out there the first day I opened the door so Grayson decided to go out and blow bubbles for him. I think it was the first time Ryley really paid attention to the bubbles and was trying so hard to catch one.  :)  It's days like these I love watching the boys play together and look forward to many more!
